分析了我国苎麻联合收割机现状及存在的问题,设计了适合我国苎麻主产区收获作业的履带式苎麻联合收割机,并对样机的关键部件进行了详细说明。该机一次可完成割幅160 mm 收割,整机转弯半径小,操作方便,对麻地高垄有较好适应性。其整机结构配置新颖独特,使用半喂入稻麦联合收获机底盘,采用全液压传动技术直接驱动苎麻收割机行走和机具作业,可一次性完成切割、输送、收集功能。田间性能测试结果表明:该机漏割率、割茬高度、作业小时生产率等各项性能指标均到达设计要求。
分析瞭我國苧痳聯閤收割機現狀及存在的問題,設計瞭適閤我國苧痳主產區收穫作業的履帶式苧痳聯閤收割機,併對樣機的關鍵部件進行瞭詳細說明。該機一次可完成割幅160 mm 收割,整機轉彎半徑小,操作方便,對痳地高壟有較好適應性。其整機結構配置新穎獨特,使用半餵入稻麥聯閤收穫機底盤,採用全液壓傳動技術直接驅動苧痳收割機行走和機具作業,可一次性完成切割、輸送、收集功能。田間性能測試結果錶明:該機漏割率、割茬高度、作業小時生產率等各項性能指標均到達設計要求。

The status and problem of ramie combine harvester is analyzed by the paper ,according to the characteristics of domestic ramie cultivation , crawler ramie combine harvester was developed which is suitable for main ramie producing ar-eas in China,and crucial part of a prototype for a detailed description .This machine can harvest a finish swath 160mm, the small size ,small in turning radius ,convenient operation ,good adaptability on ramie ridge .Whole structure configura-tion novel and distinctive .It employed the chassis of head-feed rice and wheat combine ,full hydraulic drive technology is used to drive ramie combine harvester walking and implement operating ,the machine can finish the processes of cutting , conveying ,collecting .Field tests were done to measure the main performance indexes of a prototype .The results showed that cut-rate,cutting height ,productivity reached the design requirements .
