基于翻抛机清土铲应用工况容易损坏的缺点,设计一种兼有清土和避障功能的清土装置。应用 Solid Works 建立清土装置三维模型,并利用其内置功能插件分别对清土装置的避障工况和避障清土混合工况进行运动学仿真和有限元受力分析。通过运动仿真得到位移和角速度曲线图,显示清土装置旋转清土范围60°,铲尖提升高度200mm,符合初步设计功能要求。同时,分析主要受力零件清土铲铲体两种工况下的对等应力云图,得出受力安全系数分别为1.3和1.4,验证了设计的合理性和准确性,为进一步研究清土铲的速度和力学性能提供理论参考。

In view of the weakness of easily damaged for turner track cleaner ,a kind of track cleaner device with obstacle avoidance and soil cleaning was design .Three-dimensional model component of track cleaner device is established , and the kinematics simulation and finite element analysis of obstacle avoidance condition and mixed condition are made by u -sing the built-in function of SolidWorks .Then,angular velocity curve and angular displacement curve of the specific point was obtained by motion ,it shows that the turner track cleaner can clean soil the scope of 60 °and the track cleaner tip can be lift 200mm,which meet the functional requirements .Finally, analysis of the main stress parts of track cleaner body on the two conditions of obstacle avoidance condition and mixed condition are made ,and the stress safety coefficient were 1 .3 and 1 .4 ,verify the rationality and accuracy of the design and offer the theoretical reference of track cleaner device speed and mechanical properties .
