秸秆压块成型是秸秆综合利用重要途径之一,而目前秸秆压块机生产效率低、能耗高、人工成本高,严重影响经济效益。为此,提出了基于PLC控制的秸秆压块机生产线的控制系统设计,构建了秸秆压块机生产线PLC控制系统的硬件系统,并进行软件开发。该控制系统采用了西门子 S7-200系列CPU作为主控单元,通过触摸屏对料仓转速、主轴转速及成型温度等参数进行实时监测与设置,对秸秆压块机喂入量采用 PID控制,使秸秆压块机在稳定的工况下生产,有效提高了秸秆压块机生产线的生产率以及压块成型质量。
秸稈壓塊成型是秸稈綜閤利用重要途徑之一,而目前秸稈壓塊機生產效率低、能耗高、人工成本高,嚴重影響經濟效益。為此,提齣瞭基于PLC控製的秸稈壓塊機生產線的控製繫統設計,構建瞭秸稈壓塊機生產線PLC控製繫統的硬件繫統,併進行軟件開髮。該控製繫統採用瞭西門子 S7-200繫列CPU作為主控單元,通過觸摸屏對料倉轉速、主軸轉速及成型溫度等參數進行實時鑑測與設置,對秸稈壓塊機餵入量採用 PID控製,使秸稈壓塊機在穩定的工況下生產,有效提高瞭秸稈壓塊機生產線的生產率以及壓塊成型質量。

Straw briquetting forming is one of the important ways for comprehensive utilization of straw .At present , straw briquetting machine of China has low production efficiency , high energy consumption and high labor costs , seriously af-fects the economic benefits .This paper puts forward a design of PLC control of the straw briquetting machine production line, and builds hardware system and software development of the straw briquette machine production line control system . The control system adopts siemens S 7-200 series CPU as main control unit .Through the touch screen in real-time moni-toring and setting of parameters of stock bin speed , spindle speed , molding temperature etc .Straw briquette machine feed rate uses PID control , So it makes the straw briquetting machine production in a stable condition and improves the productivity of straw briquetting machine production line and briquette quality .
