针对现有漏播检测装置并行性差、响应速度慢等不足,提出一种新型的漏播检测装置。该装置采用复杂可编程逻辑器件( CPLD )作为检测控制核心,能够同时提供8路落种检测,适用于大型精密穴播机械。该检测装置采用光电器件作为落种传感器,响应快速准确。6对红外对管采用特殊方式排列在排种管的相对两侧,避免光线干涉,提高检测精度。该装置适用于检测直径3 mm以上种子(如麦粒、黄豆、玉米粒等),能够配合上位机 GPS精确定位漏播位置,为漏播后的补种修正提供位置和数目信息。手工落种测试时,对小麦、黄豆、玉米种子的检出率可达100%。将该装置在播种试验台上进行实验,统计自动落种数目,精度可达95%以上;对单粒漏播进行报警统计,精度可达80%以上。改进试验台实验条件,以自适应方式运行可以使装置的检测精度进一步提升。

A new design of seeding absence monitor is proposed in the paper , which is in view of parallelism deviation and slow response of the existing devices .A complex programmable logic device ( CPLD) is used as the controller to im-prove the performance of the system and the number of I /O pins.The absence monitor can provide up to eight-way see-ding detection simultaneously , and it is suitable for high accuracy requirement of large hill-drop seeder .Six pairs of in-frared emitting diodes and infrared receiver transistors are used as sensor of falling seeds , which special arranged on the opposite sides of seed tube .The monitor can accurately detect 3 mm above seeds such as wheat , soybean ,corn etc .With the GPS cooperating , information of seeding position and absence seeds number can be reported to epigenous machine . Experiments were established on the seeder test -bench in two ways respectively by falling seeds counting and absent seeds counting .Results indicated that the monitor has good sensitivity and accuracy .The accuracy reached 95% and 85% respectively .Due to the hardware operation characteristics of seeding test bench ,the test system error is a little big . Test results will be much better if the monitor is used on the seeder with speed output and working in adaptive mode .
