由于传统玉米播种机作业过程中存在的地轮打滑问题,严重影响玉米播种均匀性和玉米的产量。为此,开发了以单片机为控制中心、开关型霍尔传感器为测速元件、步进电机为动力源,利用触摸屏输入种子粒距以实现播种参数的显示,采用信息无线传输技术,通过实时控制步进电机的转速来带动排种器按需排种的玉米精量播种机智能化株距控制系统。
由于傳統玉米播種機作業過程中存在的地輪打滑問題,嚴重影響玉米播種均勻性和玉米的產量。為此,開髮瞭以單片機為控製中心、開關型霍爾傳感器為測速元件、步進電機為動力源,利用觸摸屏輸入種子粒距以實現播種參數的顯示,採用信息無線傳輸技術,通過實時控製步進電機的轉速來帶動排種器按需排種的玉米精量播種機智能化株距控製繫統。

Based on the existing problems of the slide of land wheel of traditional maize seeder operating process ,which seriously influence the seeding uniformity and yield of maize .An intelligent plant spacing control system for precision maize seeder was developed , which was controlled by a single chip computer ,velocity component by hall sensors ,power source by stepper motor ,input planting distance through the touch screen and realize planting parameter shows ,convey in-formation though the technology of wireless transmission .The rotating speed of stepper motor was controlled by the single chip computer in order to drive seed-metering device plant .
