为了实现谷物干燥过程中水分值的精确控制,建立了一种适用于干燥机的谷物干燥水分在线测量系统。该系统基于电阻法测量原理,采用具有碾碎、挤压、测阻多重作用的螺旋式测阻机构采集信号,通过温度补偿与电路环境温度恒定相结合的方法避免温度对测量精度的影响,并以 STC89 C52单片机为核心完成数据采集、运算、显示及干燥机工作状态的控制。
為瞭實現穀物榦燥過程中水分值的精確控製,建立瞭一種適用于榦燥機的穀物榦燥水分在線測量繫統。該繫統基于電阻法測量原理,採用具有碾碎、擠壓、測阻多重作用的螺鏇式測阻機構採集信號,通過溫度補償與電路環境溫度恆定相結閤的方法避免溫度對測量精度的影響,併以 STC89 C52單片機為覈心完成數據採集、運算、顯示及榦燥機工作狀態的控製。

To realize accuracy control of grain moisture in the drying process , an online measuring system applying to grain moisture measurement of the crop dryer was established .The system based on the principle of resistivity method and collect the signal by the screw type measuring resistivity mechanism .This mechanism has functions of pulverization , ex-trusion and resistivity measurement .A method that combined temperature compensation and constant circuit environment temperature was adopted to avoid the measuring accuracy influenced by temperature variation .The STC89 C52 single-chip microcomputer were used for the realization of the data acquisition , calculation , display and the control of the crop dryer .
