目的：探讨肝硬化并上消化道出血的原因及有效的临床治疗方法。方法：2013年4月-2014年2月收治肝硬化并上消化道出血患者56例，根据治疗方式的不同随机分为观察组和对照组各28例。对照组给予常规方式进行治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上，还对上消化道出血原因进行准确诊断，利用气囊压迫止血、血尿素氮观察和药物联合针对性治疗病情。观察并对比两组患者的治疗效果。主要对比项目为患者治疗总有效率和患者治疗满意度。结果：对照组治疗后显效13例，有效11例，治疗总有效率85.72%；观察组治疗后显效16例，有效10例，治疗总有效率92.83%；观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组，观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：肝硬化并上消化道出血患者出血原因复杂多样，治疗时需要明确诊断病情，根据患者病因进行对症施治有助于保障治疗效果，改善患者生命质量。

목적：탐토간경화병상소화도출혈적원인급유효적림상치료방법。방법：2013년4월-2014년2월수치간경화병상소화도출혈환자56례，근거치료방식적불동수궤분위관찰조화대조조각28례。대조조급여상규방식진행치료，관찰조재상규치료적기출상，환대상소화도출혈원인진행준학진단，이용기낭압박지혈、혈뇨소담관찰화약물연합침대성치료병정。관찰병대비량조환자적치료효과。주요대비항목위환자치료총유효솔화환자치료만의도。결과：대조조치료후현효13례，유효11례，치료총유효솔85.72%；관찰조치료후현효16례，유효10례，치료총유효솔92.83%；관찰조치료효과명현우우대조조，관찰조치료총유효솔고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：간경화병상소화도출혈환자출혈원인복잡다양，치료시수요명학진단병정，근거환자병인진행대증시치유조우보장치료효과，개선환자생명질량。
Objective:To investigate the causes and clinical effective treatment method of liver cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods:56 patients with liver cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected from February 2014 to April 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 28 cases in each group according to the different treatments.The control group was given conventional therapies,and the observation group also did the accurate diagnosis for the upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage reason on the basis of conventional therapy.We used balloon compression hemostasis,blood urea nitrogen observation and drugs combination to treat the disease targeted.We observed and compared the therapeutic effect of two groups patients.The main comparison project were the total treatment efficiency of the patients and patients' treatment satisfaction.Results:In the control group after the treatment,there were markedly effective in 13 cases,effective in 11 cases,the total efficiency of treatment was 85.72% ;in the observation group after treatment,there were markedly effective in 16 cases,effective in 10 cases,the total efficiency of treatment was 92.83% ;the therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group;the total efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hemorrhage reasons of patients with liver cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were complicated.We need a clear diagnosis of the disease in the treatment,and to do the symptomatic treatment according to the etiology of patients,which can help to ensure the treatment effect,and improve the quality of the patients' life.
