目的：探讨老年人肺炎的临床诊治特点。方法：2011年5月-2013年5月收治老年人肺炎患者50例，与同期收治中青年人肺炎46例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：有基础疾病32例，发生并发症10例，痊愈8例，显效14例，有效20例，死亡8例。结论：咳嗽、咳痰、肺部湿性啰音是老年人肺炎的主要临床表现。寒战、高热、胸痛等症状少见，非呼吸道症状突出。胸片及肺部CT扫描是诊断的重要指标。老年人肺炎原有基础疾病多，并发症多且重，预后较差，应加强综合治疗。

목적：탐토노년인폐염적림상진치특점。방법：2011년5월-2013년5월수치노년인폐염환자50례，여동기수치중청년인폐염46례적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：유기출질병32례，발생병발증10례，전유8례，현효14례，유효20례，사망8례。결론：해수、해담、폐부습성라음시노년인폐염적주요림상표현。한전、고열、흉통등증상소견，비호흡도증상돌출。흉편급폐부CT소묘시진단적중요지표。노년인폐염원유기출질병다，병발증다차중，예후교차，응가강종합치료。
Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of pneumonia in the elderly.Methods:The clinical data of 50 cases pneumonia in the elderly and 46 cases of pneumonia in the young people during the same period treated from May 2011 to May 2013 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:32 cases with basic diseases,complications occurred in 10 patients,8 cases were cured,14 cases were marked effect,20 cases were effective,8 cases of death.Conclusion:Cough,sputum,moist rale of lung were the main clinical symptoms of pneumonia in the elderly.Chills,fever,chest pain and other symptoms were rare, non respiratory symptoms were obvious.Chest X-ray and lung CT scan is an important index for the diagnosis.Pneumonia in the elderly with higher original underlying diseases, complications are more and severe,the prognosis is poor,comprehensive treatment should be strengthened.
