目的：探讨周氏次全子宫切除术的临床价值，通过检测血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)数值变化，了解周氏次全子宫切除术后对卵巢功能影响。方法：2010年12月-2013年12月收治子宫良性病变患者31例，观察行周氏次全子宫切除手术时间、出血量、术前、术后白细胞计数、术后恢复排气时间、术后下床活动时间、术后病率变化，术后临床症状及FSH、LH、E2变化。结果：周氏次全子宫切除术后3、6、12、24个月卵泡早期FSH、LH、E2数值无明显变化，无明显性功能减退及低雌激素症状表现，无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：周氏次全子宫切除术对卵巢内分泌功能无明显影响。
목적：탐토주씨차전자궁절제술적림상개치，통과검측혈청촉란포생성소(FSH)、황체생성소(LH)、자이순(E2)수치변화，료해주씨차전자궁절제술후대란소공능영향。방법：2010년12월-2013년12월수치자궁량성병변환자31례，관찰행주씨차전자궁절제수술시간、출혈량、술전、술후백세포계수、술후회복배기시간、술후하상활동시간、술후병솔변화，술후림상증상급FSH、LH、E2변화。결과：주씨차전자궁절제술후3、6、12、24개월란포조기FSH、LH、E2수치무명현변화，무명현성공능감퇴급저자격소증상표현，무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：주씨차전자궁절제술대란소내분비공능무명현영향。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of Zhou times of subtotal hysterectomy,by detecting the numerical changes of serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH),estradiol(E2) to understand the influence on ovarian function after hysterectomy in Zhou times.Methods:31 patients with the benign lesions in the uterus were selected from December 2010 to December 2013,observe time,amount of bleeding,the leukocyte count before and after surgery,postoperative recovery exhaust time, postoperative ambulation time,changes of postoperative morbidity,postoperative clinical symptoms and the change of FSH,LH,E2 to the patients treated with Zhou times of subtotal hysterectomy operation.Results:There was no obvious change about FSH,LH,E2 value in early follicular,no obvious sexual dysfunction and low estrogen symptoms after3,6,12,24 months by subtotal hysterectomy in Zhou times,no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zhou times of subtotal hysterectomy has no significant effect on the endocrine function of ovary.
