本文主要研究妇产科护理中风险，并制定相应对策。依次从法律观念、业务能力以及管理制度3个角度评估妇产科护理中的风险，并制定相应对策，以提高护理人员业务能力，保证护理质量。妇产科护理中的风险主要有：护理人员法律及服务观念淡薄，业务能力有待进一步提高，管理制度不全面不科学。针对相应的风险，制定对应的对策，促进服务质量的提升。
