目的：探讨口腔护理液用于手足口病患儿口腔疱疹中的临床效果。方法：2012年8月-2013年8月收治存在口腔疱疹的手足口病患儿112例，分为观察组和对照组各56例。两组患儿均给予常规口腔护理，对照组在此基础上使用西瓜霜喷剂喷患儿患处，观察组则使用自行配制的口腔护理液涂患儿患处，比较两组患儿的口腔疱疹愈合时间、进食改善时间及其临床疗效。结果：经治疗后，观察组的口腔疱疹愈合时间(3.31±1.08)d，进食改善时间(2.46±0.51)d；对照组的口腔疱疹愈合时间和进食改善时间分别(4.89±1.43)d、(3.98±0.82)d，组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率92.86%，对照组75%，组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：自行配制的口腔护理液可促使手足口病患儿口腔疱疹迅速愈合，早日恢复进食，临床疗效好，具有临床推广价值。

목적：탐토구강호리액용우수족구병환인구강포진중적림상효과。방법：2012년8월-2013년8월수치존재구강포진적수족구병환인112례，분위관찰조화대조조각56례。량조환인균급여상규구강호리，대조조재차기출상사용서과상분제분환인환처，관찰조칙사용자행배제적구강호리액도환인환처，비교량조환인적구강포진유합시간、진식개선시간급기림상료효。결과：경치료후，관찰조적구강포진유합시간(3.31±1.08)d，진식개선시간(2.46±0.51)d；대조조적구강포진유합시간화진식개선시간분별(4.89±1.43)d、(3.98±0.82)d，조간비교차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。관찰조적치료총유효솔92.86%，대조조75%，조간비교차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：자행배제적구강호리액가촉사수족구병환인구강포진신속유합，조일회복진식，림상료효호，구유림상추엄개치。
Objective:To explore the treatment effect of oral nursing liquid in the treatment of oral herpes of children with hand foot mouth disease.Methods:112 cases of children with hand foot mouth disease were selected from August 2012 to August 2013. They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 56 cases in each group.Two groups of children were given conventional oral nursing.The control group was given a watermelon frost spray on the basis of this,and the observation group was given homemade oral nursing liquid.We compared oral herpes healing time,the improvement time of eating and clinical effect of the two groups.Results:After the treatment,in the observation group,the healing time of oral herpes was (3.31±1.08) days,and the improvement time of eating was (2.46±0.51) days;in the control group,oral herpes healing time and the improvement time of eating respectively was (4.89 ± 1.43) days and (3.98 ± 0.82) days;compared between groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the total efficiency was 92.86% ;the control group was 75% ;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The homemade oral nursing liquid can promote the early resumption of oral herpes heal of children with hand foot mouth disease quickly,and the early resumption of food,clinical curative effect was good.It was worth the clinical promotion.
