目的:探讨人性化服务在糖尿病(DM)护理中的作用。方法:2013年8月-2014年11月收治糖尿病患者180例,随机分成人性化服务组和对照组各90例。两组患者均给予地塞米松,胰岛素静脉滴注,同时给予降血压、抗血脂、抗感染治疗。对照组给予一般的护理,人性化服务组进行人性化服务。结果:经过人性化服务后,患者疾病认知达标例数、掌握用药时间例数、遵医嘱服用例数、按时复查例数明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理前焦虑和抑郁水平评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过护理后,人性化服务组焦虑和抑郁水平评分明显降低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);人性化服务组满意度97.80%,对照组满意度82.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化服务明显提高临床治疗效果,提高患者对疾病的认知程度和患者满意度,降低焦虑和抑郁水平,疗效显著,值得推广。

목적:탐토인성화복무재당뇨병(DM)호리중적작용。방법:2013년8월-2014년11월수치당뇨병환자180례,수궤분성인성화복무조화대조조각90례。량조환자균급여지새미송,이도소정맥적주,동시급여강혈압、항혈지、항감염치료。대조조급여일반적호리,인성화복무조진행인성화복무。결과:경과인성화복무후,환자질병인지체표례수、장악용약시간례수、준의촉복용례수、안시복사례수명현고우대조조,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);량조환자호리전초필화억욱수평평분비교무통계학의의(P>0.05);경과호리후,인성화복무조초필화억욱수평평분명현강저,여대조조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);인성화복무조만의도97.80%,대조조만의도82.2%,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:인성화복무명현제고림상치료효과,제고환자대질병적인지정도화환자만의도,강저초필화억욱수평,료효현저,치득추엄。
Objective:To investigate the role of humanized service in diabetes care.Methods:180 diabetic patients were selected from August 2013 to November 2014.They were randomly divided into the humanized service group and the control group with 90 cases in each group.The two groups patients were given dexamethasone,insulin intravenous infusion,while giving the lowering blood pressure,anti blood lipid,anti infection treatment.The control group were given general nursing,and the humanized service group were given the humanized service.Results:After the humanized service,the number of disease cognition up to the standard, the number of grasp the medication time,the number of take the doctor's advice of the patients were higher than those of the control group after care significantly,and the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05);the anxiety and depression level scoring of the two groups patients before the care showed no statistical significance(P>0.05);after the nursing care,the anxiety and depression level of the humanized service group was significantly reduced,and the difference compared the control group had statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the humanized service group was 97.80%,the satisfaction of the control group was 82.2% ,the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized services can improve the clinical treatment effect significantly,improve patients' cognition to the disease degree and satisfaction degree of patients,and reduce the level of anxiety and depression.The effect is significant,so it is worthy of promotion.
