目的：探讨多次糖尿病健康宣教在糖尿病治疗中的作用。方法：收治2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者243例，随机分成试验组139例和对照组104例，试验组给予多次糖尿病健康宣教，对照组给予1～2次糖尿病健康宣教，对两组患者的糖尿病知识、技能掌握情况及血糖控制率进行比较。结果：试验组T2DM患者血糖控制率与对照组相比，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论：全面系统的多次糖尿病健康宣教能够控制T2DM患者的病情，提高患者的生活质量。

목적：탐토다차당뇨병건강선교재당뇨병치료중적작용。방법：수치2형당뇨병(T2DM)환자243례，수궤분성시험조139례화대조조104례，시험조급여다차당뇨병건강선교，대조조급여1～2차당뇨병건강선교，대량조환자적당뇨병지식、기능장악정황급혈당공제솔진행비교。결과：시험조T2DM환자혈당공제솔여대조조상비，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.01)。결론：전면계통적다차당뇨병건강선교능구공제T2DM환자적병정，제고환자적생활질량。
Objective:To explore the effect of diabetes health education for many times in diabetes treatment.Methods:243 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group in 139 cases and the control group in 104 cases.The experimental group was given diabetes health education for many times,and the control group was given diabetes health education for 1 to 2 times.The diabetes knowledge,skills grasp situation and blood sugar control rate of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The blood sugar control rate of T2DM patients in the experimental group was compared with that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Comprehensive and systematic diabetes health education for many times can control the condition of patients with type 2 diabetes,and improve the life quality of patients.
