目的：探讨健康体检人群甲状腺结节的患病情况和流行病学特点。方法：统计分析2013年9月-2014年8月健康体检人群中甲状腺超声检查的甲状腺结节资料。结果：29537例受检者中甲状腺结节的总检出率36.15%，男女检出率分别为34.43%、38.86%，20～59岁年龄段女性检出率均高于男性，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。40～49岁是高发病率的年龄段，男女分别为40.74%和48.18%。甲状腺结节发病与BMI、空腹血糖呈正相关。结论：健康体检人群的甲状腺结节检出率较高，尤其针对中青年女性伴有肥胖、血糖偏高者，应定期行甲状腺检查，加强对其随访和早期诊治有重要意义。

목적：탐토건강체검인군갑상선결절적환병정황화류행병학특점。방법：통계분석2013년9월-2014년8월건강체검인군중갑상선초성검사적갑상선결절자료。결과：29537례수검자중갑상선결절적총검출솔36.15%，남녀검출솔분별위34.43%、38.86%，20～59세년령단녀성검출솔균고우남성，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.01)。40～49세시고발병솔적년령단，남녀분별위40.74%화48.18%。갑상선결절발병여BMI、공복혈당정정상관。결론：건강체검인군적갑상선결절검출솔교고，우기침대중청년녀성반유비반、혈당편고자，응정기행갑상선검사，가강대기수방화조기진치유중요의의。
Objective:To investigate the prevalence and epidemiological characteristics of thyroid nodules in health examination population.Methods:We statistically analyzed the thyroid ultrasonography data in health examination crowd who taken thyroid nodule from September 2013 to August 2014.Results:Among 29 537 subjects,the total positive rate of thyroid nodules was 36.15%. In men and women it was 34.43% and 38.86% respectively.The detection rate of women aged 20~59 years old was higher than that of the males,and the difference was statistical significant(P<0.01).The incidence of thyroid nodules was highest at 40~49 years old,and it were 40.74% and 48.18% in men and women.The incidence thyroid nodules has positive relationship with BMI and fasting blood glucose.Conclusion:The detection rate of thyroid nodules was high in healthy people,especially in young women with obesity,and high blood sugar,those part of women should be examinate thyroid regularly.Strengthen follow-up and early diagnosis and treatment have important significance.
