目的：通过观察急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)及血清铁蛋白(SF)的水平，探讨ACI患者血清FFA与 SF 的相关性及其检测价值。方法：选择95例 ACI 患者和50例健康对照者为研究对象，检测血清 FFA(酶联法)和SF(电化学发光免疫法)水平，检测结果进行统计学对比分析。结果：血清FFA和SF水平，ACI急性期组显著高于ACI恢复期组及对照组(P＜0.01)；大面积ACI组显著高于小面积ACI组(P＜0.01)；ACI恢复期组与对照组相比，差异仍具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。ACI患者血清FFA水平与SF水平呈显著正相关(r=0.509，t=5.813，P＜0.01)。结论：ACI患者体内存在着高FFA和SF血症，血清FFA水平与SF水平呈显著正相关，联合检测血清FFA和SF水平有助于ACI患者病情和预后的判断。

Objective:Through the observation of acute cerebral infarction(ACI) patients serum free fatty acid(FFA) and serum ferritin(SF) level,to explore the value of serum FFA and SF correlation and detection in patients with ACI.Methods:We selected 95 cases of patients with ACI and 50 healthy as the control group as the research object.We detected the serum FFA(ELISA) and SF(ecli) level,and we statistically compared and analyzed the detection results.Results:The serum FFA and SF levels of the ACI in acute stage was significantly higher than those of the ACI recovery group and the control group(P<0.01);the large area of ACI group was significantly higher than that of the small area of ACI group(P<0.01);the recovery period of ACI group compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.01).The level of serum FFA and SF in ACI patients were significantly positive correlated(r=0.509,t=5.813,P<0.01).Conclusion:ACI patients with high FFA and SF in the blood,the serum level of FFA is positively correlated with the level of SF;the combined detection of serum FFA and SF levels can help to judge the condition and prognosis of ACI patients.
