质谱技术是对离子质荷比进行测量的一种分析方法。质荷比是指带电粒子的质量与所带电荷的比值。近几年，生物学和医药学等领域中应用了多种质谱联用技术，加快了生物质谱学时代的步伐。本文分别对质谱技术在医学检验中的应用进行分析。

Objective:Mass-spectrometric technique was a kind of analysis method to measure the mass-to-charge ratio of ion. Mass-to-charge ratio refered to the ratio of the quality and charge in charged particles.In recent years,the more application of spectrometry technology in the field of biology and medicine accelerated the pace of the era of biological mass spectrometry.In this paper,the author analyzed the application of mass-spectrometric technique respectively in the medical laboratory.
