目的：探讨血清CA125和CA19-9水平在妇科肿瘤中诊断和预后的意义。方法：2013年5月-2014年4月收治妇科恶性肿瘤患者94例，对其CA125和CA19-9结果及临床资料进行统计。结果：94例患者中，术前血清CA125水平升高63例，血清CA19-9水平升高40例。结论：血清CA125和CA19-9联合应用可提高妇科恶性肿瘤的检出率及预后评估率。

목적：탐토혈청CA125화CA19-9수평재부과종류중진단화예후적의의。방법：2013년5월-2014년4월수치부과악성종류환자94례，대기CA125화CA19-9결과급림상자료진행통계。결과：94례환자중，술전혈청CA125수평승고63례，혈청CA19-9수평승고40례。결론：혈청CA125화CA19-9연합응용가제고부과악성종류적검출솔급예후평고솔。
Objective: To investigate the significance of serum CA125 and CA19-9 levels in the diagnosis and prognosis of gynecological tumor.Methods:94 patients with gynecological malignant tumor were diagnosed from May 2013 to April 2013.The results of CA125 and CA19-9 levels and clinical data were made statistical analysis.Results:In this 94 cases of patients, preoperative serum CA125 levels were increased in 63 cases and serum CA19-9 levels were elevated in 40 cases.Conclusion:The detection rate of gynecologic malignant tumors and prognosis assessment rate can be improved by the combined application of the serum levels of CA125 and CA19-9.
