目的：探讨脊柱胸腰段骨折脱位的临床特点，总结手术治疗方法。方法：2011年7月-2014年6月收治胸腰段骨折脱位患者35例，其中行前路减压复位固定术3例，后路椎弓根内固定30例，前后路同时手术2例。观察患者的临床治疗效果。结果：患者椎体间脱位完全复位33例(94.3%)；椎体前缘压缩高度恢复正常32例(91.4%)；术后随访，患者神经功能Frankel分级明显改善。结论：对于胸腰段骨折脱位患者而言，根据患者的病情选择合适的手术治疗方案，能够使骨折脱位恢复正常，并有效改善患者的神经功能。

목적：탐토척주흉요단골절탈위적림상특점，총결수술치료방법。방법：2011년7월-2014년6월수치흉요단골절탈위환자35례，기중행전로감압복위고정술3례，후로추궁근내고정30례，전후로동시수술2례。관찰환자적림상치료효과。결과：환자추체간탈위완전복위33례(94.3%)；추체전연압축고도회복정상32례(91.4%)；술후수방，환자신경공능Frankel분급명현개선。결론：대우흉요단골절탈위환자이언，근거환자적병정선택합괄적수술치료방안，능구사골절탈위회복정상，병유효개선환자적신경공능。
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of the fracture and dislocation of thoracolumbar spine,to summarize the operation treatment.Methods:35 patients with thoracolumbar fracture and dislocation were selected from July 2011 to June 2014,including 3 cases of anterior decompression and reduction fixation,posterior pedicle screw internal fixation in 30 cases,and 2 cases of anterior and posterior operation.We investigated the clinical therapeutic effect of patients.Results:Patients with vertebrae dislocation reset completely in 33 cases (94.3%);the anterior vertebral compression height restorated to normal in 32 cases(91.4% );we follow-up in postoperative,the Frankel grade of the patients' nerve function was improved obviously. Conclusion:For thoracolumbar fracture and dislocation patients,we choose the suitable operation treatment according to the patient's condition,which can make the fracture dislocation return to normal,and improve the neurological function effectively.
