目的：探讨3种手术方式治疗精索静脉曲张的疗效。方法：2013年9月-2014年5月收治精索静脉曲张患者69例，分别接受3种不同方式的手术(腹膜后精索静脉高位结扎术、腹腔镜下精索静脉结扎术、显微镜下精索静脉结扎术)，比较其治疗效果。结果：显微镜组的治疗效果明显优于另外两组。结论：显微镜下精索静脉结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张的疗效显著。

목적：탐토3충수술방식치료정색정맥곡장적료효。방법：2013년9월-2014년5월수치정색정맥곡장환자69례，분별접수3충불동방식적수술(복막후정색정맥고위결찰술、복강경하정색정맥결찰술、현미경하정색정맥결찰술)，비교기치료효과。결과：현미경조적치료효과명현우우령외량조。결론：현미경하정색정맥결찰술치료정색정맥곡장적료효현저。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of three operation methods in the treatment of varicocele.Methods:71 patients with varicocele were selected from September 2013 to May 2014.They were treated with three different operation modes(retroperitoneal high ligation of spermatic vein,laparoscopic spermatic vein ligation,the spermatic vein ligation under the microscope).We compared the treatment effect.Results:The curative effect of microscope group was better than that of other two groups.Conclusion:The curative effect of the spermatic vein ligation under the microscope in the treatment of varicocele was significant.
