目的：探讨B-Lynch缝合术联合欣母沛治疗剖宫产术中大出血患者的临床效果。方法：2012年5月-2014年5月收治剖宫产术中大出血患者60例，随机分为观察组与对照组，给予对照组子宫按摩联合欣母沛治疗，观察组给予欣母沛联合B-Lynch缝合术治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效、手术时间与术中出血量情况。结果：两组患者经治疗后，对照组抢救成功28例，2例改为子宫切除术，抢救成功率93.3%；观察组均抢救成功，抢救成功率100%；且对照组手术时间与术中出血量分别为(92.5±15.7)min、(1005.6±201.3)mL，明显高于观察组的(61.0±11.9)min、(812.7±157.6)mL，两组间手术时间与术中出血量比较差异显著，有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：剖宫产术中大出血患者行B-lynch缝合术联合欣母沛治疗可有效缩短手术时间，减少术中出血量，效果显著，值得推广。

목적：탐토B-Lynch봉합술연합흔모패치료부궁산술중대출혈환자적림상효과。방법：2012년5월-2014년5월수치부궁산술중대출혈환자60례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，급여대조조자궁안마연합흔모패치료，관찰조급여흔모패연합B-Lynch봉합술치료，대비량조환자적림상료효、수술시간여술중출혈량정황。결과：량조환자경치료후，대조조창구성공28례，2례개위자궁절제술，창구성공솔93.3%；관찰조균창구성공，창구성공솔100%；차대조조수술시간여술중출혈량분별위(92.5±15.7)min、(1005.6±201.3)mL，명현고우관찰조적(61.0±11.9)min、(812.7±157.6)mL，량조간수술시간여술중출혈량비교차이현저，유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：부궁산술중대출혈환자행B-lynch봉합술연합흔모패치료가유효축단수술시간，감소술중출혈량，효과현저，치득추엄。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of B-Lynch suture combined with hemabate in treatment of hemorrhage during cesarean section.Methods:60 patients with massive hemorrhage during cesarean section were selected from May 2012 to May 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Patients in the control group were given uterine massage combined with hemabate treatment,while in the observation group were given hemabate combined with B-lynch suture,then we compared the clinical efficacy,operation time and bleeding volume in the operation between two groups.Results:After the treatment,28 cases in the control group were rescued successfully,and other 2 cases changed to hysterectomy,so the success rate of rescue was 93.3%;while,all of the paients in the observation group were rescued successfully,and the success rate of rescue was 100% ;the operation time of the control group was(92.5 ± 15.7)min,and the intraoperative hemorrhage volume was(1005.6±201.3)mL,both significantly higher than those of the observation group with(61±11.9)min and(812.7±157.6)mL respectively,and the differences in the operation time and bleeding volume during operation were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:B-lynch suture combined with hemabate treated on hemorrhage during cesarean section can effectively shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of bleeding,so this treatment has a remarkable effect,and it is worthy of promotion.
