目的：探讨腹腔镜与阴式子宫全切除术的临床治疗效果差异，为子宫全切除术的相关研究和临床实践提供借鉴、依据和参考。方法：2010年12月-2013年12月收治行子宫全切除术患者132例，随机分为腹腔镜组和阴式子宫全切除术组，两组分别实施阴式子宫全切除术和腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫全切除术。结果：在手术实施时间上，两组患者指标水平差异无统计学意义(t=0.5868，P=0.5583)；在手术中出血量、术后疼痛时间和肛门排气时间等3项指标上，腹腔镜组的指标均明显优于阴式子宫全切除术组，且组间数据差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在临床实施子宫全切除术的实践过程中，与单纯阴式子宫全切除术相比，采用腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫全切除术的临床治疗效果显著，是临床实施子宫全切除术的理想选择。
목적：탐토복강경여음식자궁전절제술적림상치료효과차이，위자궁전절제술적상관연구화림상실천제공차감、의거화삼고。방법：2010년12월-2013년12월수치행자궁전절제술환자132례，수궤분위복강경조화음식자궁전절제술조，량조분별실시음식자궁전절제술화복강경보조음식자궁전절제술。결과：재수술실시시간상，량조환자지표수평차이무통계학의의(t=0.5868，P=0.5583)；재수술중출혈량、술후동통시간화항문배기시간등3항지표상，복강경조적지표균명현우우음식자궁전절제술조，차조간수거차이균구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：재림상실시자궁전절제술적실천과정중，여단순음식자궁전절제술상비，채용복강경보조하음식자궁전절제술적림상치료효과현저，시림상실시자궁전절제술적이상선택。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect differences of laparoscopic and transvaginal hysterectomy,in order to provide basis and reference for the hysterectomy relevant research and clinical practice.Methods:132 cases of hysterectomy were selected from December 2010 to December 2013.They were divided into the transvaginal hysterectomy group and laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy group.The two groups were given transvaginal hysterectomy and laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy respectively.Results:In the implementation of operation time,the difference in the index level of two groups was small,and not had statistically significant(t=0.5868,P=0.5583);in the 3 indicators of the operation amount of bleeding, postoperative pain and anal exhaust time,the index of the patients in the laparoscopic group were significantly better than the transvaginal hysterectomy group,and the differences of the datas between the two groups were had statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of hysterectomy clinical practice,compared with the pure transvaginal hysterectomy,the clinical therapeutic effect of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy are significant,so it is the ideal choice for clinical implementation of hysterectomy.
