目的：探讨手术时采用前、外双切口的方法治疗肘关节恐怖三联征的临床效果。方法：2008年10月-2014年2月收治肘关节恐怖三联征患者5例。其中桡骨小头骨折MasonⅡ型3例，Ⅲ型2例；尺骨冠突骨折Regan-MorreyⅠ型3例，Ⅱ型2例。5例患者均采取了手术内固定治疗。手术后屈肘90°，前臂旋转至中立位后，进行石膏外固定。2～3周后患者开始进行屈伸和旋转的康复训练。结果：4例患者经3个月～2年的随访，均骨折处已愈合，肘关节稳定，活动时并无疼痛。失访1例，4例随访Mayo肘关节功能评分优(92分)。结论：肘关节恐怖三联征采用肘前内侧和肘外侧联合入路的手术方式，同时配合术后早期功能训练进行治疗效果满意。
목적：탐토수술시채용전、외쌍절구적방법치료주관절공포삼련정적림상효과。방법：2008년10월-2014년2월수치주관절공포삼련정환자5례。기중뇨골소두골절MasonⅡ형3례，Ⅲ형2례；척골관돌골절Regan-MorreyⅠ형3례，Ⅱ형2례。5례환자균채취료수술내고정치료。수술후굴주90°，전비선전지중립위후，진행석고외고정。2～3주후환자개시진행굴신화선전적강복훈련。결과：4례환자경3개월～2년적수방，균골절처이유합，주관절은정，활동시병무동통。실방1례，4례수방Mayo주관절공능평분우(92분)。결론：주관절공포삼련정채용주전내측화주외측연합입로적수술방식，동시배합술후조기공능훈련진행치료효과만의。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of front,outer double incision in the treatment of terrible triad of the elbow joint.Methods:5 patients with terrible triad of the elbow joint were selected from October 2014 to February 2008.There were 3 cases of Mason type Ⅱ radial head fractures,and 2 cases of type Ⅲ;3 cases of Regan-Morrey type fractures of ulna coronoid process,and 2 cases of type Ⅱ.5 patients were taken the treatment of internal fixation operation.Then elbow 90 degrees after operation,and forearm rotation to the neutral position,then make plaster external fixation.After 2~3 weeks,patients were started rehabilitation training such as flexion and rotation.Results:4 patients were followed-up for 3 months to 2 years,and all of them were fractures healed,elbow joint stability,and they had no pain during activity.1 case was lost of follow-up,the Mayo elbow performance score in those 4 cases who were followed up were excellent(92 points).Conclusion:Surgical method ofelbow anterior medial and lateral elbow joint approach used in patients with terrible triad of the elbow joint and given early postoperative functional training at the same time can achieve satisfactory treatment effect.
