目的：分析初发2型糖尿病行磷酸西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗的临床疗效。方法：2012年4月-2014年4月收治初发2型糖尿病患者132例，按照完全抽样法1：1分成对照组与比较组，每组66例，对照组应用二甲双胍治疗，比较组在对照组基础上加用磷酸西格列汀，观察两组血糖和糖化血红蛋白指数变化情况、体重指数和胰岛素相关指标。结果：治疗后比较组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗后比较组体重指数和胰岛素相关指标较对照组改善(P＜0.05)。结论：对初发2型糖尿病患者应用磷酸西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗临床疗效显著。

목적：분석초발2형당뇨병행린산서격렬정연합이갑쌍고치료적림상료효。방법：2012년4월-2014년4월수치초발2형당뇨병환자132례，안조완전추양법1：1분성대조조여비교조，매조66례，대조조응용이갑쌍고치료，비교조재대조조기출상가용린산서격렬정，관찰량조혈당화당화혈홍단백지수변화정황、체중지수화이도소상관지표。결과：치료후비교조공복혈당、찬후2 h혈당화당화혈홍단백균현저저우대조조(P＜0.05)；치료후비교조체중지수화이도소상관지표교대조조개선(P＜0.05)。결론：대초발2형당뇨병환자응용린산서격렬정연합이갑쌍고치료림상료효현저。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of early-onset type 2 diabetes for sitagliptin phosphate with metformin.Methods:132 patients with early-onset type 2 diabetes were selected from April 2012 to April 2014.Under the full sampling of 1:1,they were divided into the control group and the comparison group,66 cases in each.The control group used metformin treatment,on the basis of the control group,the comparison group in the control used sitagliptin phosphate.The blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin index,relative index of body mass index and insulin of two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the comparison group of fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment the comparison group of body mass index and insulin-related indicators improved better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:There is significant clinical effect of the treatment of early-onset type 2 diabetes for sitagliptin phosphate with metformin.
