目的：关于社区老年原发性高血压规范治疗的体会。方法：2012年1月-2014年2月收治社区老年原发性高血压患者78例，将其分为研究组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗，研究组则给予缬沙坦治疗，并对两组临床治疗效果和血压状况进行比较分析。结果：治疗前，两组收缩压、舒张压比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。治疗后，研究组的总有效率(94.87%)明显优于对照组(76.92%)；两组收缩压、舒张压均有明显下降，且研究组的下降程度比对照组明显，比较差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：缬沙坦治疗社区老年原发性高血压具有良好的疗效，且不良反应较少，服法方便、简单、价格实惠，值得在临床上推广应用。
목적：관우사구노년원발성고혈압규범치료적체회。방법：2012년1월-2014년2월수치사구노년원발성고혈압환자78례，장기분위연구조화대조조。대조조급여상규치료，연구조칙급여힐사탄치료，병대량조림상치료효과화혈압상황진행비교분석。결과：치료전，량조수축압、서장압비교차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。치료후，연구조적총유효솔(94.87%)명현우우대조조(76.92%)；량조수축압、서장압균유명현하강，차연구조적하강정도비대조조명현，비교차이균구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：힐사탄치료사구노년원발성고혈압구유량호적료효，차불량반응교소，복법방편、간단、개격실혜，치득재림상상추엄응용。
Objective:Experience about the community elderly hypertension standardized treatment.Methods:78 community elderly patients with essential hypertension were selected from January 2012 to February 2014.They were divided into the study group and the control group.The control group were given the conventional treatment,and the study group were given the valsartan treatment.We compared and analyzed clinical therapeutic effect and blood pressure condition of the two groups.Results:Before the treatment,the systolic pressure,diastolic pressure of the two groups showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).After the treatment, the total efficiency of the study group (94.87%) was significantly better than the control group(76.92%).The two group of systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly decreased,and the decreased degree of the study group was obviously than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of valsartan in the treatment of community elderly hypertension has good curative effect,and less adverse reactions,convenient use and simple,and the price is cheap,so it is worth in the clinical application.
