目的：探讨应用经食管超声心动图(TEE)评价心衰患者血流动力学的价值。方法：2011年6月-2013年12月收治心衰患者100例作为观察组，另选取30例同期健康者作为对照组，患者均采用TEE检测，采用爱德华血流动力学监测仪和TEE评价心衰患者血流动力学指标，分析心脏病变的诊断符合率。结果：TEE检测结果显示，观察组血管阻力指数和血管搏动指数均较对照组升高，收缩期峰值血流速度和舒张末期血流速度则均较对照组下降，TEE血流动力学检测结果与爱德华血流动力学监测仪检测结果比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。TEE 对心衰患者主动脉瓣狭窄、房间隔缺损、二尖瓣狭窄、主动脉病变以及瓣膜关闭不全的诊断符合率分别为95%、100%、92%、100%和98%。结论：TEE检测心衰患者血流动力学的价值良好，对患者心脏病变的诊断符合率高，是心衰患者血流动力学和心脏病变的有效检测方法，值得临床推广使用。

목적：탐토응용경식관초성심동도(TEE)평개심쇠환자혈류동역학적개치。방법：2011년6월-2013년12월수치심쇠환자100례작위관찰조，령선취30례동기건강자작위대조조，환자균채용TEE검측，채용애덕화혈류동역학감측의화TEE평개심쇠환자혈류동역학지표，분석심장병변적진단부합솔。결과：TEE검측결과현시，관찰조혈관조력지수화혈관박동지수균교대조조승고，수축기봉치혈류속도화서장말기혈류속도칙균교대조조하강，TEE혈류동역학검측결과여애덕화혈류동역학감측의검측결과비교차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。TEE 대심쇠환자주동맥판협착、방간격결손、이첨판협착、주동맥병변이급판막관폐불전적진단부합솔분별위95%、100%、92%、100%화98%。결론：TEE검측심쇠환자혈류동역학적개치량호，대환자심장병변적진단부합솔고，시심쇠환자혈류동역학화심장병변적유효검측방법，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective:To investigate the value of use transesophageal echocardiography Heartbeat graph(TEE) to evaluate blood flow dynamics in patients with heart failure.Methods:100 patients with heart failure were selected from June 2011 to December 2013 as the observation group,and the other 30 cases of healthy persons were selected as the control group.All of the patients underwent transesophageal echocardiography Heartbeat diagram(TEE) detection.We used the edward hemodynamic monitoring and detection result evaluated TEE to evaluate the value and diagnostic accordance rate of the hemodynamics in patients with heart failure.Results:TEE test results showed that the observation group vascular resistance index and pulsatility index were all higher than those of the control group;the systolic peak velocity and diastolic velocity of blood flow were decreased compared with the control group;TEE hemodynamic monitoring results and Edward hemodynamic monitoring detection results have no significant difference(P>0.05).The diagnosis coincidence rate of TEE for aortic valve stenosis,atrial septal defect,mitral stenosis, aortic lesions and valvular incomplete in patients with heart failure were 95%,100%,92%,100% and 98% respectively.Conclusion:The value of transesophageal echocardiography Heartbeat diagram to test hemodynamics in patients with heart failure is good.The diagnosis rate of the patients with heart diseases is high.It is the effective detection method for hemodynamics and heart disease in patients with heart failure,which is worthy of clinical application.
