目的：探讨加味乌贝散联合三联疗法治疗胃溃疡患者的临床效果。方法：2011年7月-2014年6月收治胃溃疡患者80例，随机分成观察组与对照组，其中对照组选择三联疗法，而观察组使用加味乌贝散结合三联疗法，对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果：两组患者经过治疗后，对照组治疗总有效率65.0%，而观察组治疗总有效率92.5%，观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组。结论：应用加味乌贝散结合三联疗法治疗胃溃疡临床效果显著。
목적：탐토가미오패산연합삼련요법치료위궤양환자적림상효과。방법：2011년7월-2014년6월수치위궤양환자80례，수궤분성관찰조여대조조，기중대조조선택삼련요법，이관찰조사용가미오패산결합삼련요법，대량조환자적림상치료효과진행대비분석。결과：량조환자경과치료후，대조조치료총유효솔65.0%，이관찰조치료총유효솔92.5%，관찰조림상료효명현고우대조조。결론：응용가미오패산결합삼련요법치료위궤양림상효과현저。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Jia Wei Wu Bei San combined with triple therapy in the treatment of patients with gastric ulcer.Methods:80 patients with gastric ulcer were selected from July 2011 to June 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were given the triple therapy,and the observation group were given Jia Wei Wu Bei San combined with the triple therapy.We compared and analyzed the clinical effects of the two groups patients.Results:The treatment total efficiency of the control group was 65%,and the treatment total efficiency of the observation group was 92.5%.The clinical therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion:The clinical effect of Jia Wei Wu Bei San combined with triple therapy treatment in the treatment of gastric ulcer is significant.
