目的：观察热毒宁注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将100例小儿支气管肺炎患儿按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，各50例，两组均给予常规综合性治疗，治疗组在常规综合治疗的基础上加用热毒宁注射液静脉滴注，比较两组治疗效果及安全性。结果：两组退热时间及咳、痰、喘、肺部啰音和阴影消失所需时间比较，均有显著性差异，治疗组明显短于对照组(P＜0.01)；治疗组治愈率68.0%，显著高于对照组46.0%(P＜0.05)；治疗组总有效率94.0%，显著高于对照组76.0%(P＜0.05)。结论：热毒宁注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效肯定，治愈率高，疗程短，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰열독저주사액치료소인지기관폐염적림상료효급안전성。방법：장100례소인지기관폐염환인안수궤수자표법분위치료조화대조조，각50례，량조균급여상규종합성치료，치료조재상규종합치료적기출상가용열독저주사액정맥적주，비교량조치료효과급안전성。결과：량조퇴열시간급해、담、천、폐부라음화음영소실소수시간비교，균유현저성차이，치료조명현단우대조조(P＜0.01)；치료조치유솔68.0%，현저고우대조조46.0%(P＜0.05)；치료조총유효솔94.0%，현저고우대조조76.0%(P＜0.05)。결론：열독저주사액치료소인지기관폐염료효긍정，치유솔고，료정단，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Re Du Ning injection in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods:100 cases of children bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 50 cases in each group.The two groups were given the routine comprehensive treatment.The treatment group on the basis of routine treatment plus intravenous infusion of Re Du Ning injection.We compared the treatment effects and safety of the two groups.Results:The cooling time and cough,sputum,shortness of breath,pulmonary rales and shadow disappeared the time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and there were significant differences(P<0.01);the cure rate of the treatment group was 68%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 46%(P<0.05);the total effectiveness of the treatment group was 94%,significantly higher than that of the control group 76%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Re Du Ning injection in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia is positive;the cure rate is high;the course of treatment is short;so it is worthy of clinical application.
