为进一步规范诊疗行为，提高医疗服务效率，合理控制收费，减轻患者经济负担，实施临床路径管理，并实现一级医疗机构临床路径的信息化管理，我们将临床路径系统软件，嵌入结构化电子病历系统软件中，达到临床路径诊疗流程和电子病历数据的信息共享。利用临床路径信息系统执行诊疗服务活动，可控制医疗成本，降低医疗费用；便于对诊疗活动实施标准化管理，从而提高医疗质量；实现医患双方医疗信息互通，有效改善医患关系。医疗机构临床路径信息系统适宜在一级医疗机构中推广使用。

In order to further standardize the medical behavior,improve the efficiency of medical service,reasonablely control charge,and reduce the economic burden of the patients,we implement clinical pathway management,at the same time realize the clinical path informatization management of one level medical institution.The clinical pathway system software is embedded structured electronic medical records system software to achieve the clinical pathway process and electronic medical record data information sharing.The medical service activities are executed by using clinical path information system,which can medical cost and reduce medical expenses to facilitate the implementation of standardized management in medical activities so as to improve the medical quality,and implement medical information exchange of doctors and patients,effectively improve the doctor-patient relationship.The medical institution clinical path information system is suitable for popularization and use on one level medical institutions.
