目的：探讨凉山地区民众急救需要与实际急救技术提供的差距。方法：对西昌、盐源、木里、越西、昭觉、喜德等地的7822名普通民众进行急救问卷调查，了解其急救知识掌握情况及对学习急救知识的意愿。结果：调查结果显示几乎所有民众都有十分强烈的学习意愿，但学习渠道有限，基本没有任何部门进行相关宣教。结论：卫生行政管理部门及辖区卫生所、医院有必要提供急救宣教，加强民众自救、互救能力，为生命提供更多的机会与时间。

목적：탐토량산지구민음급구수요여실제급구기술제공적차거。방법：대서창、염원、목리、월서、소각、희덕등지적7822명보통민음진행급구문권조사，료해기급구지식장악정황급대학습급구지식적의원。결과：조사결과현시궤호소유민음도유십분강렬적학습의원，단학습거도유한，기본몰유임하부문진행상관선교。결론：위생행정관리부문급할구위생소、의원유필요제공급구선교，가강민음자구、호구능력，위생명제공경다적궤회여시간。
Objective:To discuss the gap between emergency needs of people in Liangshan region with the actual technology to provide first aid.Methods:In Xichang,Yanyuan,Muli,Yuexi,Zhaojue and Xide 7822 ordinary people emergency questionnaire survey to understand the first aid knowledge,willingness to learn first aid knowledge.Results: The survey results showed that almost all people have very strong willingness to learn,but learning channels is limited,basically there is no sector-related education. Conclusion:The area of health administrative departments and clinics and hospitals need to provide first aid education, strengthen public self-help,mutual help capabilities to provide more opportunities for life and time.
