目的：探讨心理护理干预对改善盆腔炎患者抑郁状态及生活质量的影响。方法：2011年7月-2013年4月收治慢性盆腔炎患者116例，按双盲随机法分为观察组与对照组，每组58例。对照组给予常规护理；观察组在常规护理基础上加用针对性的心理护理干预，比较治疗后两组患者的护理效果。结果：观察组焦虑、抑郁评分明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；另外，社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能等评分均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；两组患者物质生活评分差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。观察组对护理工作的满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：心理护理干预用于盆腔炎患者的临床护理，能有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁不良心理状态，降低并发症发生率与复发率，对提高患者的生活质量有重要意义。

목적：탐토심리호리간예대개선분강염환자억욱상태급생활질량적영향。방법：2011년7월-2013년4월수치만성분강염환자116례，안쌍맹수궤법분위관찰조여대조조，매조58례。대조조급여상규호리；관찰조재상규호리기출상가용침대성적심리호리간예，비교치료후량조환자적호리효과。결과：관찰조초필、억욱평분명현우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；령외，사회공능、심리공능、구체공능등평분균명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；량조환자물질생활평분차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。관찰조대호리공작적만의도현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：심리호리간예용우분강염환자적림상호리，능유효개선환자초필、억욱불양심리상태，강저병발증발생솔여복발솔，대제고환자적생활질량유중요의의。
Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention influence on the improvement of depressive state and quality of life in patients with pelvic inflammation.Methods:116 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected from July 2011 to April 2013.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to randomized double-blind method with 58 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine care;while in the observation group were added with corresponding psychological nursing intervention based on routine nursing,then we compared the effect of nursing care after treatment in two groups.Results:The anxiety and depression score of the observation group both were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of social function,heart function,body function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);but the material life score had no statistically significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Patients satisfaction for nursing job of the observation group was higher than the control group,and the significance was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention measures applied in clinical nursing on patients with pelvic inflammatory disease can effectively improve poor psychological state of patients such as anxiety and depression,and it also can reduce complication rates and recurrence rate,so it has important significance on the improvment of patients life quality.
