目的:探讨以PBL教学法为主,以LBL教学法为辅的教学模式在儿科临床实习中的应用效果。方法:从哈尔滨医科大学2010级五年制临床医学专业中随机抽取90名学生,随机分为试验组45名和对照组45名。试验组采取PBL+LBL教学法,对照组仅采取LBL教学法。以学生出科考试成绩、临床技能考核及学生不记名问卷调查为依据,评价两组所采用教学方法的效果。结果:试验组出科考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组临床技能考核比对照组高(P<0.05),问卷调查试验组满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以PBL教学法为主,以LBL教学法为辅的教学模式有效地提高了儿科临床教学效果。

목적:탐토이PBL교학법위주,이LBL교학법위보적교학모식재인과림상실습중적응용효과。방법:종합이빈의과대학2010급오년제림상의학전업중수궤추취90명학생,수궤분위시험조45명화대조조45명。시험조채취PBL+LBL교학법,대조조부채취LBL교학법。이학생출과고시성적、림상기능고핵급학생불기명문권조사위의거,평개량조소채용교학방법적효과。결과:시험조출과고시성적고우대조조(P<0.05),시험조림상기능고핵비대조조고(P<0.05),문권조사시험조만의솔고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:이PBL교학법위주,이LBL교학법위보적교학모식유효지제고료인과림상교학효과。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of PBL teaching method combined with the LBL teaching method in the process of pediatric clinical practice.Method:90 students were selected randomly from 2010 clinical medicine specialty and were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group,45 cases in each group .The PBL combined with LBL teaching method was adopted in the experimental group and the LBL teaching method was used in the control group.The score and clinical skills assessment of students and evaluation of teaching were used to evaluate the role of new teaching method.Result:The department examination score of the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).And the clinical skill assessment was higher compared to the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction surveys in the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching method of PBL in primary and LBL in assistant can effectively improve the quality of pediatric clinical practice.
