目的：研究针灸联合中药内服治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床治疗效果。方法：2011-2013年10月收治椎动脉型颈椎病患者102例，将患者均分为两组，各51例，对照组仅接受中药内服治疗，观察组在中药内服治疗的基础上增加针灸治疗，对比两组的治疗效果和各项指标的评分。结果：对照组总有效率76.5%，观察组总有效率98%，观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组与对照组指标都得到了一定程度改善，观察组各项指标评分高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：针灸联合中药内服治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床效果要明显优于单独中药内服治疗，值得临床推广应用。

목적：연구침구연합중약내복치료추동맥형경추병적림상치료효과。방법：2011-2013년10월수치추동맥형경추병환자102례，장환자균분위량조，각51례，대조조부접수중약내복치료，관찰조재중약내복치료적기출상증가침구치료，대비량조적치료효과화각항지표적평분。결과：대조조총유효솔76.5%，관찰조총유효솔98%，관찰조적치료효과명현우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。관찰조여대조조지표도득도료일정정도개선，관찰조각항지표평분고우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：침구연합중약내복치료추동맥형경추병림상효과요명현우우단독중약내복치료，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine orally in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Methods:102 patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were selected from 2011 to October 2013.The patients were divided into two groups with 51 cases in each.The control group received only traditional Chinese medicine orally treatment,while the observation group added acupuncture treatment on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine orally.The treatment effects and the all indexes scores of two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 76.5%.The total effective rate of the observation group was 98%.The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indexes of patients in the observation group and the control group had been improved a certain extent;the all indexes scores of the observation group was higher than those of the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine orally in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis is obviously superior to the single traditional Chinese medicine orally treatment.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
