目的：探讨鼻咽癌患者中E-选择素的表达变化及意义。方法选择鼻咽癌组织标本46份，应用免疫组化方法检测鼻咽癌组织中E-选择素的表达，比较E-选择素与各临床病理特征之间的关系。结果鼻咽癌转移与非转移、局部淋巴结转移N0～3、远处转移M0～1患者之间E-选择素的阳性表达率差异有统计学意义（ P均＜0．05或＜0．01）；E-选择素在其他临床病理特点如临床分期（Ⅰ～Ⅳ期）、肿瘤T分期（T1～4）、年龄（＞50岁，≤50岁）、性别（男与女）之间的阳性表达率没有统计学意义（P均＞0．05）。结论鼻咽癌患者中E-选择素表达升高，其高表达促进鼻咽癌的转移。
목적：탐토비인암환자중E-선택소적표체변화급의의。방법선택비인암조직표본46빈，응용면역조화방법검측비인암조직중E-선택소적표체，비교E-선택소여각림상병리특정지간적관계。결과비인암전이여비전이、국부림파결전이N0～3、원처전이M0～1환자지간E-선택소적양성표체솔차이유통계학의의（ P균＜0．05혹＜0．01）；E-선택소재기타림상병리특점여림상분기（Ⅰ～Ⅳ기）、종류T분기（T1～4）、년령（＞50세，≤50세）、성별（남여녀）지간적양성표체솔몰유통계학의의（P균＞0．05）。결론비인암환자중E-선택소표체승고，기고표체촉진비인암적전이。
Objective To investigate the expression changes and significance of E-selectin in patients with nasopha-ryngeal carcinoma ( NPC) .Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of E-selectin in NPC tissues.The relationships between E-selectin and the clinical pathological features were analyzed .Results Signifi-cant difference in the positive expression rate of E-selectin was found between no-metastases and metastases , local lymph metastases N0-3, distant metastasis M0-1(P<0.05 or <0.01).And no statistical difference was found in the stageⅠ-Ⅳ, T1-4, gender(male and female), and age(>50 years old,≤50 years old)( all P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of E-selectin increased in NPC patients , and its high expression promoted the metastasis in NPC .
