目的：评价糖尿病患者甲状腺癌的发病风险。方法采用Meta 分析对1990～2014年MEDLINE、PUBMED、EMBASE、WOS等数据库收录的相关文献进行统计分析。结果共筛选出13篇相关文献。 Meta分析显示，同非糖尿病患者相比，糖尿病患者甲状腺癌的发病风险高[RR＝1．180，95％CI＝（1．080，1．280），P＝0．000]；男性糖尿病患者甲状腺癌发病风险差异无统计学意义[RR＝1．110，95％CI＝（0．800，1．530），P＝0．546]；女性糖尿病患者甲状腺癌发病风险高[RR＝1．400，95％CI＝（1．17，1．68），P＝0．000]。结论糖尿病患者甲状腺癌的发病风险相对无糖尿病患者高，且女性糖尿病患者更易发病。

목적：평개당뇨병환자갑상선암적발병풍험。방법채용Meta 분석대1990～2014년MEDLINE、PUBMED、EMBASE、WOS등수거고수록적상관문헌진행통계분석。결과공사선출13편상관문헌。 Meta분석현시，동비당뇨병환자상비，당뇨병환자갑상선암적발병풍험고[RR＝1．180，95％CI＝（1．080，1．280），P＝0．000]；남성당뇨병환자갑상선암발병풍험차이무통계학의의[RR＝1．110，95％CI＝（0．800，1．530），P＝0．546]；녀성당뇨병환자갑상선암발병풍험고[RR＝1．400，95％CI＝（1．17，1．68），P＝0．000]。결론당뇨병환자갑상선암적발병풍험상대무당뇨병환자고，차녀성당뇨병환자경역발병。
Objective To evaluate the relative risk of thyroid cancer in patients with diabetes mellitus ( DM) .Meth-ods Using Meta-analysis to analyze the related articles (1990-2014)searched from MEDLINE, PUBMED, EMBASE and WOS.Results A total of 13 articles were screened out , and the number of cases was 4276 .The meta-analysis showed that:the relative risk (RR) of thyroid cancer in DM patients was higher than that of patients without DM [RR=1.180, 95%CI=(1.080, 1.280), P=0.000].No statistical difference was found in the RR of thyroid cancer of male DM pa-tients [RR=1.110, 95%CI=(0.800,1.530), P=0.546], and the risk of thyroid cancer in female DM patients was higher [RR=1.400, 95%CI=(1.17, 1.68), P=0.000].Conclusion The RR of thyroid cancer in DM patients was high than that of patients without DM , and the risk of female DM patients was higher .
