目的：观察臭氧注射联合神经阻滞治疗臀上皮神经卡压症的临床疗效。方法选取2009年1月_2012年12月医院收治的臀上皮神经卡压症患者113例，依照治疗方法的不同分为对照组56例与观察组57例。对照组采用单纯2％利多卡因2ml ﹢曲安奈德20mg ﹢甲钴胺0,5mg ﹢0,9％氯化钠溶液混合液于臀上皮神经入臀处的压痛点行神经阻滞治疗；观察组在对照组基础上加用臭氧注射，比较2组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为92,98％明显高于对照组的80,36％，差异有统计学意义（p ＜0,05）。结论应用臭氧注射联合神经阻滞治疗臀上皮神经卡压症简便易行且安全可靠，效果显著，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰취양주사연합신경조체치료둔상피신경잡압증적림상료효。방법선취2009년1월_2012년12월의원수치적둔상피신경잡압증환자113례，의조치료방법적불동분위대조조56례여관찰조57례。대조조채용단순2％리다잡인2ml ﹢곡안내덕20mg ﹢갑고알0,5mg ﹢0,9％록화납용액혼합액우둔상피신경입둔처적압통점행신경조체치료；관찰조재대조조기출상가용취양주사，비교2조치료효과。결과관찰조총유효솔위92,98％명현고우대조조적80,36％，차이유통계학의의（p ＜0,05）。결론응용취양주사연합신경조체치료둔상피신경잡압증간편역행차안전가고，효과현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To discuss the effect of Ozone injection combined with nerves block treatment superior cluneal nerves compression syndrome, Methods 113 patients with superior cluneal nerves compression syndrome from Jan, 2009 _Dec, 2012 were divided into control group(n = 56)and treatment group(n = 57)by different treatment methods to compare the treatment effect, The control group using 2% lidocaine 2ml ﹢ triamcinolone acetonide 20mg ﹢ methylcobalamin 0, 5mg ﹢0, 9% Sodium Chloride Solution treatment;on the basis of the control group,the observation group with ozone injection,and compare the effect of 2 groups, Results The total effective rate of observation group was 92, 98% ,significantly higher than 80, 36% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p < 0, 05), Conclusion Ozone injection combined with nerves block could effectively treat superior cluneal nerves compression syndrome.
