课程建设，作为一项教学基本建设，是深化教学改革的中心环节，也是提高教学质量的一项根本性措施，因而也是确保人才培养质量的一项长期起作用的基础性工作，课程建设的管理是高等学校教学管理工作走向规范化、制度化、科学化的一个重要标志。本文主要结合近几年我校在课程建设及管理上的探索与实践，总结提炼出一般经验，同时提出进一步加强课程建设，培养高质量创新人才的建议与设想。

Curriculum construction, as a basic construction of teaching, is the central link of deepening teaching reform and a fundamental measure of improving teaching quality, determining that it is a long-term fundamental work ensuring talent cultivation quality, while the management of curriculum construction is an important symbol of standardized, systematical and scientific u-niversity teaching management. Combined with our university's exploration and practice on curriculum construction and its man-agement in recent years, this paper mainly summarizes some general experience, and proposes suggestions and formulations of further enhancing curriculum construction and cultivating high-quality innovative talents.
