信息技术环境对教师素养与技能的提高有着重要作用：利用信息技术，建立教师培训交流平台，提高教师业务能力；信息技术与学科教学整合，可以使教师扬长避短，从而有效提高课堂教学的效率。教学实践贯彻“行知”理念。通过行动，创建信息化校园环境，积极落实课题研究，开展信息技术能力校本培训，建立发展性评价规范。校园教育信息化的深入，缩小了城乡差距，实现了教育的均衡。

The environment of information technology plays an important role in the improvement of teachers' accomplishments and skills. Information technology can be used to establish a platform for teachers' training and communication, and improve their professional abilities. Information technology can be inte-grated with the teaching of disciplines, thus developing the strong points and avoiding the weak points of teachers and effectively improving the efficiency of classroom teaching. In teaching, the concept of"doing and knowing"should be practiced and imple-mented. Through the above measures, we can establish an infor-mation-based campus environment, actively implement subject studies, implement school-based training of information technol-ogy skills, and establish a standard based on developing evalua-tion. The deepening of information technology on campus has shortened urban-rural gaps and realized educational balance.
