This paper provides a brief overview of talents training mode of English major postgraduates at University of Warsaw in Poland, which focuses on analyzing its master's curriculum sys-tem and characteristics of talents training mode. Meanwhile, it al-so takes into consideration of talents training mode of English major postgraduates in China. It points out that talents training mode of English major postgraduates in China needs to establish standard master's curriculum system, value postgraduates' re-search directions, enhance postgraduates' research abilities and improve the quality of M.A. thesis paper writing.
