目的：探讨髋关节置换术中行全身麻醉与腰-硬联合麻醉的临床效果。方法：2011年6月-2014年6月收治髋关节置换术患者88例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各44例，对照组行全身麻醉，观察组行腰-硬联合麻醉，对比两组患者的麻醉效果。结果：观察组麻醉有效率97.7%明显高于对照组的79.5%(P＜0.05)，且心率与血压水平均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：髋关节置换术患者行腰-硬联合麻醉安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토관관절치환술중행전신마취여요-경연합마취적림상효과。방법：2011년6월-2014년6월수치관관절치환술환자88례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，각44례，대조조행전신마취，관찰조행요-경연합마취，대비량조환자적마취효과。결과：관찰조마취유효솔97.7%명현고우대조조적79.5%(P＜0.05)，차심솔여혈압수평균명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：관관절치환술환자행요-경연합마취안전가고，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of general anesthesia and combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in hip replacement.Methods:88 patients with hip replacement were selected from June 2011 to June 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 44 cases in each.The control group were given general anesthesia,while the observation group were given combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.The anesthesia effects of two groups were compared.Results:The anesthesia effective rate of the observation group was 97.7% ,which was significantly higher than 79.5% of the control group(P<0.05),and the heart rate and blood pressure level were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The hip replacement patients with combined spinal-epidural anesthesia is safe and reliable.It is worthy of clinical promotion and applyment.
