目的：研究结节性甲状腺肿的手术治疗方式及效果。方法：2005年1月-2012年1月收治接受手术治疗的结节性甲状腺肿患者213例，按手术方案分组，比较各组手术效果、术后并发症，并对比随访过程中的复发率。结果：所有手术均成功。并发症发生率各组对比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。但甲状腺全切除术随访无复发，显著优于其他各组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对必须行手术治疗的结节性甲状腺肿患者，行甲状腺全切除术具有极低的复发率，值得推广。

목적：연구결절성갑상선종적수술치료방식급효과。방법：2005년1월-2012년1월수치접수수술치료적결절성갑상선종환자213례，안수술방안분조，비교각조수술효과、술후병발증，병대비수방과정중적복발솔。결과：소유수술균성공。병발증발생솔각조대비차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。단갑상선전절제술수방무복발，현저우우기타각조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대필수행수술치료적결절성갑상선종환자，행갑상선전절제술구유겁저적복발솔，치득추엄。
Objective:To explore the surgical treatment method and effect for nodular goiter.Method:213 patients with nodular goiter accepted surgical treatment from January 2005 to January 2012 of were grouped according to the operation program.The effects of surgery,the postoperative complications and the recurrence rate in the process of follow-up were compared.Results:All operations were successful.There was no statistically significant difference of complication rates between the groups(P>0.05).But there was no recurrence during the follow-up after the total excision of thyroid,which was significantly better than the other groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thyroid total resection in the treatment of patients with nodular goiter which need surgical treatment had very low recurrence rate and was worthy of promotion.
