目的：结合呼吸道传染病的特点，探讨对呼吸道疾病的有效预防与控制措施。方法：2011年11月-2012年11月收治呼吸道传染病患者60例，分析患者进行呼吸道疾病治疗、控制以及治疗后护理的结果，调查分析临床监测数据。结果：经有效治疗与控制后，临床症状消失40例，伴有头痛与发热5例，伴有咳嗽与流涕5例，存在全身酸痛10例。对所有患者进行精心护理后显示，发生内感染4例(6.67%)，成为传染源2例(3.33%)，需继续治疗4例(6.67%)，痊愈出院50例(83.33%)。结论：对于呼吸道传染病的预防与控制，要始终依据医院治疗流程，及早发现病情并进行诊断，及时对传染病进行控制，尽早对传染病进行预防，降低呼吸道传染病的发生率。

목적：결합호흡도전염병적특점，탐토대호흡도질병적유효예방여공제조시。방법：2011년11월-2012년11월수치호흡도전염병환자60례，분석환자진행호흡도질병치료、공제이급치료후호리적결과，조사분석림상감측수거。결과：경유효치료여공제후，림상증상소실40례，반유두통여발열5례，반유해수여류체5례，존재전신산통10례。대소유환자진행정심호리후현시，발생내감염4례(6.67%)，성위전염원2례(3.33%)，수계속치료4례(6.67%)，전유출원50례(83.33%)。결론：대우호흡도전염병적예방여공제，요시종의거의원치료류정，급조발현병정병진행진단，급시대전염병진행공제，진조대전염병진행예방，강저호흡도전염병적발생솔。
Objective:Combined with the characteristics of respiratory infectious diseases,to explore the effective prevention and control measures of respiratory disease.Methods:60 patients with respiratory infectious diseases were selected from November 2011 to November 2012.After the respiratory disease treatment,control and treatment of patients,the nursing effect was analyzed. The clinical monitoring data were investigated and analyzed.Results:After effective treatment and control,40 cases were clinical symptoms disappeared;5 cases were accompanied by headache and fever;5 cases were accompanied by cough and runny nose;10 cases had muscular stiffness.After intensive nursing of all patients,4 cases(6.67% ) occurred infection;2 cases(3.33% ) became infection source;4 cases(6.67%) was continued treatment;50 cases(83.33%) were cured.Conclusion:For the prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases,always according to the hospital treatment process,detecting the disease early and diagnose, timely controlling the infectious disease,as soon as possible to prevent the infectious disease can reduce the incidence rate of respiratory infectious diseases.
