目的：分析手足口病患者的临床护理方法及效果。方法：2012年1月-2014年6月收治手足口病患儿64例，按照护理方案分为对照组和观察组，各32例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予综合护理干预，比较两组临床疗效及家属护理满意度。结果：观察组临床总有效率93.75%明显高于对照组的71.88%，家属护理满意度96.88%高于对照组的71.88%，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：小儿手足口病护理中给予综合护理干预措施可有效提高疗效及家属护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

목적：분석수족구병환자적림상호리방법급효과。방법：2012년1월-2014년6월수치수족구병환인64례，안조호리방안분위대조조화관찰조，각32례。대조조급여상규호리，관찰조급여종합호리간예，비교량조림상료효급가속호리만의도。결과：관찰조림상총유효솔93.75%명현고우대조조적71.88%，가속호리만의도96.88%고우대조조적71.88%，차이균구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：소인수족구병호리중급여종합호리간예조시가유효제고료효급가속호리만의도，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To analyze the clinical nursing method and effect of patients with hand foot mouth disease.Methods:64 children with hand foot mouth disease were selected from January 2012 to June 2014.According to the nursing program,they were divided into the observation group and the control group with 32 cases in each.The control group was given conventional nursing, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical effects and family nursing satisfactions of two groups were compared.Results:The clinical total effective rate 93.75% of the observation group was significantly higher than 71.88% of the control group;the family nursing satisfaction 96.88% was higher than 71.88% of the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Giving comprehensive nursing intervention measures in pediatric hand foot mouth disease nursing can effectively improve the effect and family nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application.
