目的：讨论分析甲状腺病患者的生化指标与内分泌指标的变化情况，为临床诊断与治疗提供一定的理论依据。方法：2009年1月-2014年6月收治甲状腺疾病患者120例，根据甲状腺疾病指标随机分成良性甲状腺结节组、甲状腺功能亢进组以及甲状腺癌组，并选择40例健康体检者为对照组，对所有人员的血清样本实施检测，并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果：甲状腺疾病患者的生化指标与内分泌指标都存在明显的变化。结论：对于甲状腺疾病患者来说，如果甲状腺功能出现异常，则会对其正常新陈代谢产生很大的影响，其主要是由于甲状腺疾病患者的内分泌出现异常所导致的。

목적：토론분석갑상선병환자적생화지표여내분비지표적변화정황，위림상진단여치료제공일정적이론의거。방법：2009년1월-2014년6월수치갑상선질병환자120례，근거갑상선질병지표수궤분성량성갑상선결절조、갑상선공능항진조이급갑상선암조，병선택40례건강체검자위대조조，대소유인원적혈청양본실시검측，병대검측결과진행통계분석。결과：갑상선질병환자적생화지표여내분비지표도존재명현적변화。결론：대우갑상선질병환자래설，여과갑상선공능출현이상，칙회대기정상신진대사산생흔대적영향，기주요시유우갑상선질병환자적내분비출현이상소도치적。
Objective:To discuss and analyze the change situations of biochemical indexes and endocrine indexes in patients with thyroid diseases,to provide a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:120 patients with thyroid diseases were selected from January 2009 to June 2014.According to the thyroid disease index,they were randomly divided into the benign thyroid nodule group,the hyperthyroidism group and the thyroid cancer group,and 40 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The serum samples of all personnel were detected.The detection result were statistical analysis.Results:The biochemical indexes and endocrine indexes of patients with thyroid diseases had obvious change.Conclusion:For thyroid patients,if the thyroid function is abnormal,it will produce great influence on its normal metabolism,and it is mainly caused by endocrine abnormal in thyroid patients.
