目的：观察乳癖散结胶囊治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法：收治乳腺增生患者80例作为研究对象，使用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各40例，观察组应用乳癖散结胶囊治疗，对照组应用红外线乳腺治疗仪治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组治愈率、总有效率分别为85.0%、100.0%，均显著高于对照组的50.0%、87.5%，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组平均起效时间(12.8±3.1)d，短于对照组的(42.5±5.9)d，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异不具有统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：乳癖散结胶囊治疗乳腺增生可迅速改善临床症状，临床疗效确切，安全性好，值得推广应用。

목적：관찰유벽산결효낭치료유선증생적림상료효。방법：수치유선증생환자80례작위연구대상，사용수궤수자표법분위관찰조화대조조，각40례，관찰조응용유벽산결효낭치료，대조조응용홍외선유선치료의치료，비교량조환자적림상료효。결과：관찰조치유솔、총유효솔분별위85.0%、100.0%，균현저고우대조조적50.0%、87.5%，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。관찰조평균기효시간(12.8±3.1)d，단우대조조적(42.5±5.9)d，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。량조불량반응발생솔비교，차이불구유통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：유벽산결효낭치료유선증생가신속개선림상증상，림상료효학절，안전성호，치득추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Ru Pi San Jie capsule in the treatment of breast hyperplasia. Methods:80 patients with breast hyperplasia were selected.They were as research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each by using a random number table method.The observation group applied Ru Pi San Jie capsule treatment,the control group applied infrared breast therapeutic apparatus treatment.The clinical curative effects of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The cure rate and the total effective rate of the observation group were respectively 85.0% and 100.0%,which were significantly higher than 50% and 87.5% of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average working time of the observation group was (12.8±3.1)days,which was shorter than (42.5 ± 5.9) days of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rates of adverse reactions in two group were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ru Pi San Jie capsule in the treatment of breast hyperplasia can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms.Its clinical curative effect is exact.It has good safety.It is worthy of popularization and application.
