针对现有桥梁结构健康监测系统数据采集节点的不足,基于传统RS 485工作模式提出并设计了一种新型采集节点工作模式,总线上的其中任意一个采集节点均可作为控制主机使用,其余节点为从节点,以此使得采集系统更加简洁。采集到的数据保存到内部存储FLASH上,保证数据不会丢失,提高了其可靠性。该类采集节点已在某城市立交桥长期健康监测中得到了应用,结果表明:该采集节点具有采集精度高、可工作于主/从模式、操作方便等优点,为桥梁结构健康监测提供了一种新的选择。

since it is inadequate for data acquisition nodes of the existing bridge structural health monitoring system,a new collection node operating mode is proposed and designed based on the traditional RS 485 mode. either one acquisition node on the bus can be used as a control host,the others are slave nodes,thus making the acquisition system more concise. The collec?ted data is stored to the internal storage Flash to ensure that data is not lost,which improves its reliability. Such acquisition node has been applied to long?term health monitoring of a city overpass. The results show that the acquisition node has the ad?vantages of high acquisition accuracy,working in master/slave mode and easy operation. It provided a new choice for bridge and other structural health monitoring.
