针对在永磁同步直线电机伺服系统中传统的PI速度环控制器动态响应和输出超调量不理想的问题,提出了基于模糊控制PI切换的速度控制器,并在Matlab/Simulink仿真环境下,建立了基于PI速度控制器和基于fuzzy?PI切换的永磁同步直线电机仿真模型,仿真结果表明:模糊控制PI切换的速度控制器可以明显地降低系统的调节时间和超调量,改善永磁同步直线电机伺服控制系统的动态性能。
針對在永磁同步直線電機伺服繫統中傳統的PI速度環控製器動態響應和輸齣超調量不理想的問題,提齣瞭基于模糊控製PI切換的速度控製器,併在Matlab/Simulink倣真環境下,建立瞭基于PI速度控製器和基于fuzzy?PI切換的永磁同步直線電機倣真模型,倣真結果錶明:模糊控製PI切換的速度控製器可以明顯地降低繫統的調節時間和超調量,改善永磁同步直線電機伺服控製繫統的動態性能。

In order to solve the problem that the dynamic response and output overshoot of the traditional PI speed ring con?troller is not ideal in servo system of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM),the speed controller switching be?tween fuzzy controller and PI is put forward. The PMLSM simulation model based on the PI speed controller and fuzzy?PI switching was established in Matlab/Simulink simulation environment. The simulation results show that the speed controller switching be?tween fuzzy controller and PI can obviously reduce the system regulating time and overshoot,and improve the dynamic perfor?mance of PMLSM servo control system.
