输气管道中气体流过阀门后,由于流通面积的改变导致压力和流速变化,从而在阀门后产生较大噪声。以气动噪声仿真理论为依据对球阀噪声产生机理进行研究,使用FLUENT软件对不同开度下的流场进行仿真,并对声压和声功率的分布规律进行分析。得到噪声的产生原因是因为流体受到球阀壁面阻挡产生涡流所致,从频率来讲,噪声主要存在于低频以及高频区域,证明噪声可以传播较远距离。噪声产生机理的研究为阀门降噪措施的研究奠定了基础。

It will generate large noise when gas flow through the valve in gaspipeline, due to the change of pressure and flow velocity causing by the change of circulation area. The mechanism of ball valve noise was studied based on aerodynamic noise simulation theory. The flow field under different opening of valve was simulated using FLUENT software. Distribution of sound pressure and sound power was also analyzed. The conclusions was as follow: noise was caused by eddy current generated by the resistance of valve wall. Noise mainly existed in the low frequency and high frequency area, so it can transmit long distance.
