为了分析对比三种腐蚀管道剩余强度计算准则,通过对 ASME B31G-1984准则、 ASME B31G-2009准则以及RSTRENG准则进行介绍,对比其计算管道剩余强度的异同点,并对一组腐蚀管道数据进行计算,对比计算结果。得出 ASME B31G-2009准则一级评价最为保守, ASME B31G-1984准则保守性次之, RSTRENG准则保守性最低。

To analysis and compare three kinds of corroded pipelines remaining strength standards, the ASME B31G-1984 standard, ASME B31G-2009 standard and RSTRENG standard were introduced. These three standards were used to calculate the remaining strength of a corroded pipeline. Comparing the results, the conclusion showed that the ASME B31G-2009 level one evaluation standard was most conservative, the ASME B31G-1984 standard was less conservative than ASME B31G-2009 level one evaluation standard, and the RSTRENG standard was the least conservation standard of all.
