通过对某学院303名本科生专业认同度的问卷调查,结果表明:该校本科生的专业认同度总体处于中上水平;不同性别的本科生在专业喜好上存在差异,是否拿奖学金在行为表现上存在差异,专业认同度及三个维度分别在不同专业类型和专业选择意愿、职业发展规划水平上均存在显著性差异。在此基础上,探讨了提升本科生专业认同度的四条对策建议。

A questionnaire survey on the major identification of 303 undergraduates from a college shows that:the major identifi-cation of undergraduates in this college is generally at the upper level; there are differences in major preferences of undergradu-ates of different genders; there are differences in behaviors and performance when concerning scholarship; there are significant differences in such three dimensions as different types of major, desires of major choice and levels of career development plan. On this basis, four suggestions on improving the major identification of undergraduates are discussed.
