目的：探讨腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床疗效。方法：2011年的12月-2012年的12月收治胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者86例，将其分为观察组(57例)和对照组(29例)，观察组给予腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗，对照组给予开腹手术治疗，观察两组患者手术情况、术后恢复情况及并发症情况。结果：对两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。两组患者术中出血量、恢复排气时间、住院时间、并发症比较，观察组胆囊结石患者的各项指标均明显好于对照组(P＜0.01)。结论：对胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者，采取联合手术治疗(腹腔镜联合胆道镜)效果显著，且患者术后恢复所需时间短，没有明显的术后不良特征表现，具有应用以及推广的价值。
목적：탐토복강경연합담도경치료담낭결석합병담총관결석적림상료효。방법：2011년적12월-2012년적12월수치담낭결석합병담총관결석환자86례，장기분위관찰조(57례)화대조조(29례)，관찰조급여복강경연합담도경치료，대조조급여개복수술치료，관찰량조환자수술정황、술후회복정황급병발증정황。결과：대량조수술시간비교차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。량조환자술중출혈량、회복배기시간、주원시간、병발증비교，관찰조담낭결석환자적각항지표균명현호우대조조(P＜0.01)。결론：대담낭결석합병담총관결석환자，채취연합수술치료(복강경연합담도경)효과현저，차환자술후회복소수시간단，몰유명현적술후불량특정표현，구유응용이급추엄적개치。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis.Methods:86 patients with gallbladder and bile duct stones were selected from December 2011 to December 2012.They were divided into the observation group(57 cases) and the control group(29 cases).The observation group were treated with the laparoscope and choledochoscope treatment,and the control group were given the treatment of open operation.We observed the operation situation,the recovery of postoperative and the complications of the two groups patients.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05) in the operation time.We compared the amount of bleeding during operation,recovery of exhaust time,hospitalization time and the complication of the two groups patients,and the indexes of the observation group patients with gallstone were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:On cholecystolithiasis combined with choledocholithiasis patients,the effect of the combined treatment(operation of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy) is remarkable,and postoperative require for a short time.It has no significant postoperative adverse features.So it has the application and popularizing values.
